A tasting menu featuring highlights of all the regions of Italy.
Discover a five-course Italian meal made with character. Start with roasted Wagyu beef crostini with fresh truffle or pan-seared sea scallops in a delicate lemon emulsion. Continue with handmade ravioli stuffed with Andaman blue crab and served in a steaming prawn bisque.
For your main course, pick between grilled Wagyu tenderloin with sautéed mushrooms and foie gras or king salmon with cherry tomatoes and buttered sea asparagus. Finish with a creamy Madagascar vanilla bean panna cotta topped with lightly macerated fruit.
